What You'll Be Doing 

• Diagnose and repair roofing & structural issues (e.g., flashing, leaks, water damage)
• Perform high-quality, lasting repairs no shortcuts 
• Communicate clearly with customers on site 
• Stay organized and prepared with tools and materials 
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative crew 
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures 

What You Bring 

• 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or home repair 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons 
• A clean, professional work ethic and customer-first mindset 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
