Responsibilities

• Diagnose and execute high-quality roof repairs (shingles, flashing, leaks, etc.)
• Clearly explain repair processes to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety regulations & company standards on every job.
• Maintain accurate work logs, including photos and reports.
• Keep tools & materials stocked for efficient job completion.
• Work closely with the team to deliver top-tier service 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing repair experience (or strong trade background).
• Attention to detail no shortcuts, only quality work!
• Strong problem-solving & ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused with great communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to job sites.
• Physically fit & comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
