As a Roofing Installer, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier roofing solutions while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Whether you have years of experience or are looking to start a rewarding career in the skilled trades, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the yard on time and be ready to work.
• Set up protective coverings to safeguard customer property.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Remove old roofing and install new systems as directed.
• Follow WorkSafe BC and company safety standards at all times.
• Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the day.
• Represent Top Notch Roofing professionally, ensuring 5-star customer service.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills to follow safety procedures and team instructions.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Previous roofing experience is an asset but not required. If you're coachable, hardworking, and ready to grow, we'll provide the training you need!
